Fish oil contains the semi-essential long-chain omega-3 fatty acids EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid); these contribute to normal heart function, with a daily intake of 470 mg. Vitamin A contributes to normal iron metabolism, normal immune system function and maintains normal mucous membranes, skin and vision. Selenium contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative stress. Use: take with some water.
